Team Lao Wins 2025 LaVi Cup

Congratulations to Team Lao for winning the 2025 LaVi Cup competition against Team Viet on Sunday, June 29th at Aldeen Golf Club in Rockford, IL. Team Lao won back the LaVi Cup with 12 points against 8 for Team Viet..

Team Viet started well, winning the first two matches but Team Lao quickly bounced back and won the next 6 matches and never relinquished the lead. Team Viet made it close by winning the next three matches to reduce the gap to just a single point. But Team Lao put it away by winning five of the next 6 matches. The clinching match was won by the Lao Team Captain, Van Ratsavongsy.  Congratulations to Van and Team Lao for winning the 2025 LaVi Cup.

The 2025 LaVi Cup was a great time for all, and we’re excited to announce that Klein Creek will host the 2026 LaVi Cup. A big shoutout to team captains Hoang Le (Viet) and Van (Lao) for making it a terrific event.
