CVGA Season Finale Tournament Results

We had 33 players teeing it up on a terrific November Sunday for the Season Finale tournament at White Pines Golf Club. Congratulations to our tournament champion, Bao Linh Nguyen for posting a gross of 79 and a winning net of 68.7. Well played Bao Linh. The A Flight winner went to Hoang Le with a gross score of 79 and net of 71.2. The B Flight winner was Peter Dinh with a gross of 88 and a net of 72. The par-3 closest to the pin winners were Bao Linh, Nam Le, Danny Nguyen and David Bui. The Skins winners were Peter, David, Pang, Hoang and Dung Nguyen. Congratulations to all the winners. The Race for the CVGA Cup is over and we have a new champion. Congratulations to Binh Le for taking the cup in 2024 with a total score of 1010 points. Hoang made a valiant charge on Sunday taking second place in the tournament but it was not enough to overcome Binh’s commanding lead. Rounding out the top five are Nam, Christopher Nguyen and David Bui. Congratulations Binh. Well played this year. For everyone else, there’s always next year.
