2025 CVGA Season’s Opener Results

We had 20 golfers tee off for the Season’s Opener on Sunday, March 23rd at White Pines Golf Club. Congrats to our first 2025 tournament champion, Binh! Despite the chilly and cloudy weather, Binh managed to win the tournament with a gross of 80 and a net of 72.4. Well played, Binh! Danny Nguyen came in second overall and won the A Flight with a gross of 82 and a net of 73.1. Eric Ong won the B Flight with a gross of 95 and a net of 83.1. And guess who won the Par-3 closest to the pin? Vu Nguyen, Chau Nguyen, Eric Ong, and Pang Sati. Congrats to all the winners!  .  Full results can be viewed here

The 2025 CVGA Cup is in full swing, and in the top five are Binh, Danny, Hoang Le, Chau, and Christoper Nguyen! But it’s still early in the season, and everyone’s got their sights set on David’s crown. .

Get ready for an exciting year of the CVGA Team Cup competition! This year, we’ve got six teams vying for the title. The reigning champs, the CVGA Champs, led by Colin Nguyen, are back in action. But The Flying Eagles, captained by Lang Nguyen, the HOCAA, captained by Hoang Le, the Par-Tee Animals, captained by Mark Nguyen, the Pins Seekers, captained by Noah Kemp, and the Sixers, captained by Allen Van, are all determined to bring home the trophy this year. It’s going to be an exciting year for the Teams competition.
