2026 ChicagoVGA Invitational Champion, Team CCGA
Congratulations to the Team CCGA (Chicago Chinese Golf Association) on winning the 2026 ChicagoVGA Invitational! This year’s tournament took place at the renowned Cog Hill Golf and Country Club, famous for hosting multiple PGA Tour events on its #4, Dubsdreads course. Five teams competed in the low-net competition, with Team CCGA and Team MAVGA (Mid-Atlantic Vietnamese Golf Association) making their inaugural appearances.
Team CCGA dominated Day 1, securing a commanding lead on Saturday with a team net of 574.2—putting them 26 strokes ahead of their closest competitor, Team CVGA. Team MAVGA sat in third, followed by Team Tampa and Team Indiana. On Sunday, Team Indiana rallied to win Day 2 with a net score of 589.4. Team Tampa finished second on Sunday, followed by Team CCGA, Team CVGA, and Team MAVGA.
Ultimately, Team CCGA’s massive Day 1 lead proved insurmountable, securing them the championship by 26 strokes. Well played, Team CCGA!
